I didn't love this book but it was very interesting. It was very well written as far as getting inside the character's heads. It takes you on a very strange journey from being sympathetic to a young boy who's neglected and doesn't understand the world due to autism and then becoming shocked and repulsed by the man/monster he turns out to be. It's an interesting Frankensteinian trip.
